1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled freely before they are shipped. A full refund will be issued.
  • After dispatch: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may still request a return after delivery depending on product eligibility.
  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products: Cancellation is not allowed once production has begun, as these items are manufactured specifically on request.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the conditions listed below:

  • Damaged products: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Non-delivery: If the item is not delivered within the committed timeframe and no valid tracking update is available.
  • Processing errors: Refunds for duplicate payments or incorrect charges.
  • Pre-dispatch cancellations: Full refund issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-manufactured wire products (gauge, coating, size, or finish made on request)
  • Bulk orders once production has started
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Products used, partially used, cut, or altered by the customer
  • Items purchased under clearance or special-order terms

4. Return Conditions

Products eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.
  • All packaging, labels, test certificates, and coils must be intact.
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping method will be communicated by our team.

5. Replacement Policy

A replacement may be issued if:

  • The product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • An incorrect item or specification was delivered.
  • The customer requests a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement will be processed only after inspection and approval by our quality team.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Inspection time: 2–4 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refund initiation: Within 3–7 working days after approval.
  • Bank processing: Additional 2–5 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Total refund time may take between 7–14 working days.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item) — we cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference — shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

8. Bulk Orders & Industrial Supplies

For large-quantity, wholesale, or industrial supply orders:

  • Refunds/cancellations are subject to contract terms signed before order confirmation.
  • Advance payments for bulk orders are typically non-refundable once production begins.
  • Production delays due to raw material issues, logistics or government restrictions are not valid grounds for refund unless specified in contract.

9. Disputes & Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a cancellation, refund, or replacement request, you may escalate the issue to our customer care team. We aim to resolve all disputes professionally and fairly.

10. Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements for suspicious or fraudulent claims such as:

  • Submitting false proof of damage
  • Misusing refund or return requests
  • Multiple refund attempts for the same order
